President & Creative Strategist Pam launched Mainstay Marketing, Inc. in 1996, building it up to be the go-to-resource for local and national businesses and organizations — large and small — for meetings that amaze, events to experience and incentive travel promotions many dream about. Her business foundation stems from strong and trusted relationships all over the world, blended with happy, loyal clients and referral business. “I believe that meetings and events are about the importance of face-to-face communication, people interacting with people, exchanging ideas for creating growth, reaching goals and aspirations. The Inside Story
Pam’s career began at age 19, in the hospitality industry, working for an airline. She’s traveled to five continents, 28 countries (many repeat visits), and 10 Caribbean islands.
She’s danced on board a boat floating down the Seine River, hiked along side a Shaman in Costa Rican jungles, trekked with kangaroos and koala bears in Australia, laid on the floor of the Sistine Chapel, (when it was almost vacant of visitors), to view Michelangelo’s masterpiece, experienced the peace of a horse whisperer in Wyoming, fished the Fjords of Norway, and engaged in a celebration parade in a small village in Bali.
